SHIPPING
We attempt to ship every week day and use USPS Priority for regular shipping. For express, the USPS cannot always do next day, so we have DHL as a back up for express domestic packages. You have all kinds of options. Please let us know your realistic deadline for arrival. We must have the order at least by 11 a.m. to ship express the same day.
1-If you need Express domestic for a Saturday shipment, please use Saturday Express only. We must receive this order anytime on Friday, however, since the USPS is open only on Saturday morning. Please be advised of the following conditions at the United States Post Office:
EXPRESS MAIL has been cut back to cover only well populated areas of the country. The most it takes is 3 p.m. the second day after it has been shipped. We can sometimes phone our Post Office and determine guaranty time. If it takes 2 days, we will then do DHL, so specify the exact time you need it. It also doesn't hurt to call us and notify us of an emergeny shipment. We add a small charge to the basic cost to cover handling charges.
2- International orders sent by Air Mail is not guaranteed for any delivery time. This year they have been sporadic, so we have added Global Priority as another option for small orders--a little more money but reliable.
3- Canada requires 2 day Priority USPS mail. It takes 4 to 7 days. Express Mail is also available for Canada, so please read about that method above and let us know your actual deadline.
